How to Print Back

Open the document that you want to print on back-to-back pages. Although the steps that follow use Microsoft Word as an example, the process for duplex printing is the same for most other programs.
Click the 'File' tab and select the 'Print' option, which will open a separate dialogue window. Use the 'Printer name' menu to select the 'Brother MFC 490CW' printer. Click the 'Properties' button, which will open a separate dialogue window.
Click the 'Layout' tab, and select the 'Print on both sides' option. Click the 'OK' button on the Properties window. Click the 'Print' button on the 'Print' dialogue window.
