How to Fix Lines on My Canon MP250

Insert a blank piece of paper into the print tray.
Click the 'Start' button on your computer and click 'Control Panel.'
Click 'Hardware and Sound' and click on the 'Printers' icon.
Right-click on the icon for the Canon MP240 printer and click 'Properties.'
Click the 'Maintenance' tab in the printer properties window click on the 'Nozzle Check' icon.
Click 'Print Check Pattern' to print a test page.
Compare your print test page to the examples shown in the pattern check window. If your test page has lines or is otherwise incomplete, click 'Cleaning' to perform a nozzle clean.
Click 'OK' to confirm you wish to clean the nozzle.
Click 'Nozzle Check' again to print another test page to confirm that the problem has been fixed.
