How to Add Multiple Copies of a Printer With Different Settings

Open the Start Menu and select 'Printers and Faxes.' Or (if you're using the classic Start Menu) open the Start Menu, go to 'Settings,' and select 'Printers and Faxes' to open the Printer utility.
Click the 'Add a printer' link in the left window panel. Click 'Next.' If the printer you're adding belongs to a network (meaning it's shared by multiple computers), select 'A network printer or printer attached to another computer.' If the printer you're adding does not belong to a network (meaning it's only used by the computer you're currently on), select 'Local printer attached to this computer.' Click 'Next.'
Follow the wizard's prompts to set up the printer.
Perform steps 1 through 3 again. Use the same settings (select the same port, manufacture and printer model) when setting up the printer again. However, when you come to the prompt that directs you to enter a name for the printer, enter a different name.
Repeat as many times as needed to create the number of copies of the printer you want.
