How to Print Labels on a Toshiba Printer and Copier


Place the original on the glass or in the automatic document handler.
Open the bypass tray on the right side of the copier. Flip down the tray, then pull out the tray extension.
Place the label sheets into the bypass tray face down with the head toward you.
Adjust the paper guides in the bypass tray appropriately for the label sheet.
Touch the paper size button on the control panel to correspond with the label sheet size (usually 'LTR' size). Touch the 'Media Type' button on the control panel, then touch 'Thick 2.' Touch 'Enter.'
Press the 'Start' key.

Place the label sheets into the bypass tray face down with the head toward you.
Adjust the paper guides in the bypass tray appropriately for the label sheet.
Return to your desk, then select the 'Print' option in the software application from which you wish to print.
Select the Toshiba printer. In the Print dialog, select the bypass tray as the paper source and select 'Thick 2' print mode, then print the document.
