How to Add Additional Drivers to the Print Server on Windows 7


Click the 'Start' button located at the bottom of the desktop. Click 'Administrative Tools' and then click 'Print Management.' The Print Management window launches.
Click 'Print Servers' from the left pane of the window. Click the print server of choice and click 'Printers.'
Right-click the printer in the center pane in which you want to add additional printer drivers to and click 'Manage Sharing.'
Click 'Additional Drivers' from the Manage and Sharing window. The Additional Drivers window appears.
Check the box of the processor architecture you wish to add drivers to. If you are not sure, Click 'Start' and then right-click 'Computer.' The System window launches and the operating system architecture is listed under 'System Type.' Windows then automatically uploads the print drivers from the client computer to the print server.
