How to Troubleshoot the SII Smart Label Printer

Adjust the position of the labels if you see the labels advancing at an angle and the print crooked. Swivel the label cover so it's open, and take off the print engine cover. The print engine cover comes off if you pull on the edges at the top of the cover.
Release the pressure on the label stock by pulling the platen lever forward. The platen lever is on the right. Realign the labels, so that they're straight. Then lock the platen lever again, check the labels feed through the slot and replace the covers.
Remove stuck labels. Cut the label stock between the label roll and the label slot at the back of the printer. Swivel the label cover open and take off the print cover, as in Step 1. Pull the platen lever forward and remove the stuck label. You may have to use alcohol to remove adhesive residue. Return the platen lever and close the covers.

  8. If you want to know how to scan on Epson printer, you have come to the right place. First of all, place the document that you want to scan on the automatic document feeder of your printer. Then, open the Epson Printer portal on your computer and click the drop-down menu to select the type of document you want to scan. Then, select a scanning mode from the given options available for your Epson printer. Now, tap on the radio button located next to the color mode you want for your document. You will find the three available options Color, GrayScale, and Black and White. Now, choose the ADF action, and the printer will be directed to the document for scanning. Tap on the drop-down bar located below the Scanning Resolution settings. Choose the resolution for your document. After this, tap on the Scan option present at the bottom of the scan settings. Once the scanning is done, the scanned document will now show in a new preview window on your screen.
