How to Print in Black White on a Canon MP640 Printer
Click 'Start' and then 'Control Panel.'
Click 'Hardware and Sound' from the Control Panel and then click 'Printers.'
Right-click the Canon MP640 printer from the list of printers and select 'Printer Preferences' from the drop-down menu.
Check the box next to 'Grayscale Printing.'
Click 'Apply' and then 'OK.'
